Troubleshooting

Errors are logged in the Lime CRM web server logs. Always check the logs first!

The Person Card is not Found, but it does Exist

Check the format of the phone number sent in from the softphone system and compare it with the phone number stored in Lime CRM. The endpoint tries to be smart and neglect leading country codes or zeros when searching for matches. To rule this out as an error source, try to get a unique match by making sure the formats are the exact same.
